OBJECTIVES

     A qualified and modern scientific research environment provided to administrative officers and tearchers for quality improvement with advanced and up-to-date knowledge for the country’s development. An environment for students in development of studying skills, acquisition of modern and advanced technology and necessary characteristics so as to meet labour market’s demand.

           * Education

- To become an university with the training scale of 4.041 students until 2012, 7.722 in 2015 and 12.139 in 2020.

- Development of educational branches: New branches will be established, especially Biological Technology fields including Agricultural  Biological Technology, Food Biological Technology, Environment Biological Technology, ect. ; Finance- Credit; Rural Development and Agricultural Economy; Environment Technology; Management Information; Quality Control; Aquatic product processing .

- The quality and effectiveness of education are ensured based on the regular renovation of educational curricula in accordance with advanced technology science and social life as well as the application of modern and active methods of teaching and learning.

* Science- Technology

- Until the year 2012, laboratories would be equipped with modern equipments with a large amount of science researchers. The CFI will have a and big technological transfer and scientific research centre in the region in 2020.

- Research works are highly evaluated and applied in practice; the scientific articles are published by international and domestic magazines. Researchers prepare or join in topics celebrated by the Ministry or the State as well as topics abroad. The commissioned topics are applied in practices, consultancy, education and society.

* Favourable conditions

- Strengthen teachers to ensure sufficient quantity, high competence and good health conditions.

- Organizing management cadres and staffs to effectively respond to the requirements of assigned duties.

- Applying the quality control system ISO 9001-2000 related to the management computerization.

- Ensuring sufficient learning and researching materials

- Implementing infrastructure construction projects to conform to the standards of the university.

- Verifying the education quality periodically and implementing specific solutions to ensure the quality.

- Ensuring sufficient financial sources to be used reasonably and economically in conformity with the university’s activities
