Mission:

College of food Industry is a vocational education institution in the national system, providing multi-level, multi-vocational and multi-level training, in which the priority is given to training high-quality human resources in the field of agriculture, processing agricultural and aquatic products, technology and services to serve the cause of national development and be able to participate in the regional and international labor market, contributing to improving human resources for the industry and economic development of the locality, the Central region, the Central Highlands and the Southeast.

Strategic objective:

To make the college to become a vocational training institution approaching the basic criteria of a high-quality school, with a stable scale, good governance system, autonomous capacity and effective operation; have a favorable environment for officials and teachers to promote their intelligence and contribute to the development of the industry and the country; is an environment in which students form and develop their learning capacity, acquire advanced and modern knowledge and skills, and have necessary qualities to meet the requirements of the labor market and to establish themselves, set up a career.
